How we hire

Bequest Holidays looks out for well qualified personnel who are travel buffs. They must have decent experience in travel operations & sales and possess strong destination knowledge. The candidate must showcase excellent analytical skills to be able to understand travelers’ requirements and a passion to design tailor-made itineraries to achieve ultimate client satisfaction. A certification in IATA is always an advantage for the applicant.

Once the applicant is on board with Bequest Holidays, we try to identify the training needs of our new team member and allocate the best suited tasks as per their needs and interests. We always provide an open environment where they are at ease and able to put across their doubts and questions. Bequest Holidays believes that every new team member should be inducted to the process of how we handle and monitor travelers’ enquiries, till our team member is comfortable to perform all and any complex step. Once they demonstrate their task and competence with confidence, they are set free to create memories on a personalised level for our clients.
