Starting with Darjeeling, lets you explore the bright green tea gardens, traditional architecture and the last remaining toy trains.
This trip then follows the path of Sikkim which possesses a part of the Himalayas with blissful landscape including India’s highest mountain, 8,586m snow capped Kanchenjunga. It also offers the traveller to explore the glaciers, hilly meadows and varieties of wildflowers.
Itinerary:
Day 1: Delhi
Upon arrival at Delhi International Airport, you will be welcomed and transferred to the hotel to check in.
Overnight: Hotel
Day 2: Delhi- Bagdogra – Darjeeling (93 kms approx. 3 hrs drive)
Breakfast at the hotel.
Transfer to the airport for flight to Bagdogra.
Later proceed for Darjeeling.
Arrive and check-in at the hotel.

Day 3: Darjeeling
Early morning visit Tiger Hill and Ghoom Monastery.

After breakfast proceed for city tour of Darjeeling visiting Himalayan Mountaineering
Institute, Padmaja Naidu Himalayan Zoological Park, Tibetan Self-Help Centre Or Refugee Centre
Afternoon free to explore the surrounding on own.

Day 4: Darjeeling
Breakfast at the hotel;
Proceed for the toy train ride experiencing the spectacular landscape which unfolds as
the 2-foot gauge Darjeeling Himalayan railway, opened in 1881.
Afternoon take an excursion to Tukvar Tea Estate.

Day 5: Darjeeling- Pelling (75 kms. approx. 4 hrs.)
Breakfast at the hotel.
Proceed by road to Pelling village which is situated altitude of 2000 mts.
Arrive and check-in to Hotel.
Afternoon visit Pemeyangste Monastery, Pemayangtse monastery & Rabdentse ruins.

Day 6: Pelling - Gangtok (127 kms. approx. 5.5 hrs.)

Proceed by road to Kalimpong.

Afternoon proceed for city tour of Kalimpong visiting Flower Nurseries, Zang Dog Palri
Fo-Brang Monastery, Tharpa Choling Monastery & Thongsa Gumpa.

Day 9: Kalimpong – Chalsa (81 kms approx. 2 hrs.)

Depart by road to Chalsa. Arrive and check in to the hotel.
